All orders placed before 12:00 noon PST (Pacific Standard Time) will ship the same day.

If we are out of stock on an item we will ship you what we have and adjust the amount of your purchase accordingly. We will backorder the remaining product and it will ship as soon as it becomes available. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or any Holidays.

Important: UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box. If an order is placed using a P.O. Box, the order will remain on hold until we receive a physical address. If you want your order shipped to a P.O. Box or APO please select United States Postal Service as you shipping method.

Please Note: We do not ship COD.

 

We offer FREE Shipping on all domestic orders with a $10 order minimum! We will select the shipping method that best suits your order. We offer other shipping methods such as; USPS Express Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select and UPS Next Day Air. Our shipping rates are computed using the actual weight and size of your order. To determine the shipping rate of your order, add all the items to your shopping cart and use the “Calculate Shipping” in the shopping cart. Simply enter your zip code and click “Calculate Shipping” and a drop down menu will appear with the different shipping options, when changing the option you will see the Shipping Amount change in your shopping cart. International customers can also use this tool but will have to click on “Checkout Now” and enter their Billing and Shipping address to us the shipping calculator (International shipping quotes do not include duties and taxes).

 

We pride ourselves on maintaining high inventory levels on all our products. Unfortunately, from time to time we do run out of stock, generally due to manufacturer backorders. Should this happen we will ship you what we have in stock and backorder the remaining items. We will ship the remaining product to you as soon as it becomes available. Backordered items will be shipped free of charge by United States Postal Service, other services will require an additional charge.

 

Returns: Each order will include a RMA form (Return Authorization Form). This form must be completed and sent back with any returned merchandise. If this form is lost or misplaced please contact our customer service department at (800) 758-2960 to request an RMA number. Please return items in original packaging and include a copy of your invoice or packing slip. You have 30 days from the time you receive your goods to return your order. We do not accept returns on close outs, discounted and sale items.

Return Policy: 30 days from the receipt of goods.

Shipping charges to return merchandise will be customers responsibility unless otherwise determined by our customer service department.

A 15% restocking fee may be charged for items returned not in their original packaging.

A 15% restocking fee may be charged for all unauthorized returns (no RMA Form or RMA Number).
